Can I make changes to my booking?
Sure! Depending on the terms of your ticket, you’ll be eligible to make different types of changes. If you want to change your date or time, switch to another tour or activity, update your personal details, or add or remove a participant, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
How can I update information for my booking?
If you want to change the information you provided when booking, such as email, pick-up/drop off location, or participants’ names, please contact us with your booking number and the information you’d like changed.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! You can always cancel your booking. However, please bear in mind that your tour may be fully refundable, partially refundable or nonrefundable, depending upon the tour operator’s policy.
Check your ticket for your booking’s cancellation policy. To proceed with a cancellation, please contact us with your booking number.
Can I change my pick-up/ drop-off location?
The fastest, most efficient way to change your pick-up or drop-off location is to contact the tour operator directly.

If you’re having trouble finding the information you need, you can contact our customer service team with your booking information and we’ll help you change your pick-up/drop off location.
Should I print out my ticket to show the tour operator?
You can print your ticket if you like, but it’s not required. You can also show the tour operator your ticket on your mobile phone or tablet. Just be sure to have it ready when the tour starts!
Where do I find the start time for my tour?
You can find the duration & start time on your ticket, which is attached to your email confirmation.
